Itinerary of the Private Tour
09:00 – Hotel Pick-up
Your guide and driver will meet you at your hotel in Almaty. After a brief introduction, your journey begins with a visit to the city's most famous landmarks and its beautiful mountain surroundings.
09:15 – Discover the History of Almaty
The tour starts in the historic city center, where you'll learn about Almaty's origins and development. Visit important landmarks and enjoy a walk through one of the city's oldest parks.
11:00 – Drive to Medeu
Continue to the famous Medeu Gorge. Visit the mudflow protection dam, where a scenic viewpoint offers spectacular views of the world's highest-altitude speed skating rink, the Medeu Valley, and the Trans-Ili Alatau Mountains.
11:30 – Cable Car Ride to Shymbulak
Take the cable car to the renowned Shymbulak Ski Resort and continue up to Talgar Pass. From there, enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the snow-covered peaks of the Tien Shan Mountains.
13:00 – Drive to Kok-Tobe
Next, head to Kok-Tobe, one of Almaty's most popular attractions. Along the way, discover the city's modern side as you pass the Nurly Tau Business Center, the Museum of Modern Art, the Almaty Theatre, and other contemporary landmarks, all set against the stunning backdrop of the surrounding mountains.
14:00 – Walk Through Kok-Tobe Park
Explore Kok-Tobe Park, home to the famous Beatles monument and several panoramic viewing platforms overlooking Almaty. You'll also have time to browse souvenir shops and enjoy the park's relaxed atmosphere.
15:00 – End of the Tour
Return to the city either by cable car or, if you prefer, by car. Your driver will then take you comfortably back to your hotel.
